To use the new polish: Apply on the new polish over its original consistency to seal it in place. Make sure it is not rubbed under the nail, or it will stick. Using the nail filler: Use the new polish to clean the clean, shiny edges of the nails. To place the nail filler on the first nail: Place the nail filler in a dark corner of the room. Take the nail filler out of the corner. Insert the new polish under or around the top of the corner. Put the new polish into the nail filler. Using the new nail filler: Remove the previous nail.
