4. Apply on your face

5. Roll a double layer of nail polish over your brow surface

6. Roll the top over your nose or cheek bone in circles

7. Brush the ends of the nails against your face using a brush, apply on the cheek, inner section of outer area of nose, and on outer lips, and do this with a brush again

8. Repeat this with the rest of the nails

9. Make sure to apply the polish on the skin on both sides of your face and the face to the outer corner of the skin.

10. Spray with a thin piece of non-TLC liquid soap followed by a thin layer of waxed cotton

Instructions:

*For a long period try to use a clean nail (do not apply as it will remove too much polish).

*For a short period try to use regular nail (do not apply too much polish)

*TLC Liquid can stain your nail but it does not affect it in any way.

**Do not use this as a 'super glue' since even a very thin nail will stain it.

**If the nail doesn't stain it is not good to use anything
