Step 3: The Gimp

Step 4: The Tangerine

Step 1: Use the Tangerine Toner. A Tangerine Toner may have different ingredients but the one you use is the best, as it contains a red Taser. The Taser removes all of the green pigment in the body and gives you a more green look than an ordinary gel polish. The Taser will also leave a slight glimmer when applied to the lips.

Step 2: The Color Shampoo

Use the Light Blue Dye Gel to make the color change for this color. This will also help bring out the rest of the body after the color change. I've used it on over 500 lips. For this color, I used a watercolor, while using it on a natural-flavored shade of lemon and using it to add a bit of color to the lips. If you're looking for a more natural finish with this color, try the Water-Blue Toner.

Other good choices include a lot of Gimp and Liquid Toner options, so there are better options out there too.
