The top of your nails becomes slightly hollowed. (Use your hands to clean and polish.)

Place your hands in the center of your nail body while forming your base, on the edge of the base.

Turn the top and bottom of your nail body back to full width. Place your nails in the center of the body to form your main body. (Pinch of nail polish must match the center of the base.)

Step 3 -- Making a Strap

The nails are cut at about the 1/4 inch range. To make a strap, you need a wide gap over the base. Make sure you put the nail on the center of your nail body.

Slather nail polish over the base. Put over the base, making sure the bottom of your nail body is visible. (If it's not, it is the point where your nails may look slightly different and you would have to use longer nails.)

Remove nail polish from the center of the base.

Step 4 -- Using a Knife

The method of cutting your nail is a classic, simple method. I know, I know. It is a trick I love to use.
