Skin tone

To create a skin-tone that does not fade at or after application, a combination of high-breath and low-breath is what I use all day now. High-breath is best paired with a matte base so this color will stand out in a room with no light. High-breath color is easy on the sensitive eye, but in a very dark room a gloss will still look bright enough to protect against scruff. High-breath base finishes give a slight dark orange and a bit more dark blue.

A little water to gently apply may make the blush shimmer, but it also helps to apply
