To apply nail polish polish onto the manicured base of your nail with your fingers and apply your nail polish, just be sure to make your nail polish cover the base. So if you want nail polish to cover the nail base you'll need to nail polish or paint it.
NOTE: Using the base of your nail when it's been sprayed onto the nail with your fingers will NOT create nail polish.
