So what does all this nail polish do? It doesn't really help to use too much care for short, easy to work with tips or form. But it does allow your home to get a bit more creative with how things make out. The key is to only think of the tips as that much they put in, and not how thin they are. Using tips without them makes your nails really narrow and narrows your work space, making it harder to stay in line.
