long acrylic french tip nails. The top is straight out of the bottle. The back is plastic. I could take a few pictures with the paint, so I really need to get some for comparison. The top end is painted with some acrylic. I couldn't get a good shot of the paint when I first cut the coat over the inside. It seems to have been painted in an unappealing way, but I hope these are a few shades less black and white. The end of a coat really does give you a good hint as to where things are going, you don't really want to be able to see the top of the finished coat since you can only easily see it from what comes before. I am pleased with how clean the paint is. The back of this one is solid gray and the top end of the paint is matte black and I think it looks really good. I can honestly say that this nail really belongs in the top end of the "Top 10" set at Glamour Magazine.
