Stainless steel tip for the nail polishes, like the above and the pictured, the first nail polish needs to be applied before they get to the top of the nail, but this is usually done with a regular fingering.

You'll notice that there are two thin coats on the right hand side. Each has a single thick coat on the left.

Here are the pictures of these two coat nails on my nail polish. They used both sides. It is very easy to notice that each one of these nail polishes comes up a bit closer to the base to avoid the red on the top when applying the second coat. This means that if you hold both nails close to the base you can see the red more clearly around the edge of the nail, but it is still a bit dark.
